06-07-2023
- Accounting: Revenue- Payment Method has been added to Revenue to indicate how the revenue was received. Payment method and payment method details are optional fields. Revenue coming from the Donation Hub will have a payment method of Other with payment method details of Online donation. Payment method and payment method details have been added to the revenue import as optional fields. Payment method is now an available field in Reporting.

- Accounting: Revenue- Soft Credit Profile - A Soft Credit check box is now available on a revenue detail line. When selected, a second field will open which will allow an additional profile to be added to the revenue. The profile must be a valid profile in CRM. Soft credits are a fundraising concept that represents the recognition of credit for donations. The revenue will show on the profile with an asterisk to help understand a donor's history, their level of influence and allow an option for correspondence. For example, the company that your Board President works for made a donation. Your Board President should be added as the soft credit profile because they were the reason that the donation was made. Soft credit can be edited on a posted revenue. Soft credit has been included in the revenue import and is available in Reporting on revenue transactions.

- CRM: You can now create an out-of-the-box soft credit email template with our new configuration option. Once you have configured your site for soft credit emails, we will send an email to the profile given the soft credit. Soft credit revenue will appear on the profile's revenue card with an asterisk and italics indicating that the revenue is soft credit and will not be included in the total revenue calculation.

- CRM: Added the ability to include a type for tasks to better classify tasks within the system. New system defined task options are Call, Report, Meeting, Deadline, General, Email and Mail. Task type can be seen from the task details page and the task card on profiles.
- CRM: Added a My Task Filter to the task list page and calendar view turned on by default. Updated the sort order to show the overdue tasks at the top of the list. Added additional columns to the task page so opportunities can be viewed. Implemented local storage so filters that have been set will remain when returning to the task list page.
- CRM: Updated all pages to use consistent buttons and layouts.
- Fundraising: Grant Management- GrantStation- GrantStation can be accessed within NPC. Through our partnership with GrantStation, your GrantHub Pro subscription gives you full Membership Access to GrantStation for your grants research and proposal development.

- Platform: To support the GrantHub Pro product the left navigation has been split out within Fundraising making a clear distinction between grant opportunities and fundraising opportunities. As part of the initiative the Platform is rolling out a new and improved permissions schemes with additional roles giving customer more control over what users can do and see within the product. - Option to include Honoree added to Donations: Added the ability to make a donation in honor of. The donor can choose to notify the entity they are honoring by email, physical mail or skip notification. When email is chosen, the notifyee will receive communication using the default honoree communication template. When physical mail is chosen, a task is created for the system user that has been assigned to honoree physical mail in the configuration. The task will have a direct link to the PDF that needs to be printed and mailed out. Honoree has also been added to revenue. Honoree information from an online donation will appear on the revenue created from the online donation. Honoree can also be included on a manual revenue during create or edit.

- Accounting: Revenue- Resolved an issue causing a file attachment to copy to the new revenue when copying a previous revenue that had an attachment. File attachments should not carry forward when copying a revenue.

- Fundraising: Opportunities- When copying a Grant Opportunity, award information will no longer carry forward to the new opportunity. The Amount Awarded, Decision Date, Award ID, Date Submitted, Award Term Start Date, and Award Term End Date fields will all be blank on the new grant opportunity created from the copy.

- Fundraising: Opportunities- Updated opportunities so due date will no longer change to yellow or red as the date passes.
- Fundraising: Opportunities- For Grant Opportunities, Edit will no longer have an option to edit the opportunity image. Grant opportunities do not have images. Editing a fundraising opportunity will still have the option to edit the image.

- Accounting: Financials- Previous filter values will now be kept when you leave a Financial report to go to another accounting screen and then come back to the report. Values will reset to the default value once you leave Accounting or log out.
- Accounting: Financials- Resolved an issue causing the Statement of Activities to default to calendar year instead of fiscal year.
- Accounting: Financials- Resolved an issue causing the Total Liabilities and Net Assets amount to show as 0.00 on the Statement of Financial Position. The correct total is now reflected.

- Accounting: Financials- Resolved an issue that could cause the Budget Report to display the incorrect amount for actual balance if there were over 25,000 transactions for an account in the date range selected. Now a message will display if the range selected contains more than 25,000 transactions. If you receive this message, reduce the date range selected and try again.
- Accounting: Financials- Resolved an issue causing an error generating the Statement of Financial Position if an account had more than 25,000 transactions. The limit has been doubled allowing the report to generate correctly now.
- Accounting: Financials- Resolved an issue that could cause the Statement of Functional Expense to display the incorrect amount if there were over 25,000 transactions for an account in the date range selected. Now a message will display if the range selected contains more than 25,000 transactions. If you receive this message, reduce the date range selected and try again.

- Accounting: Financials- Resolved an issue on the Statement of Activities causing the date filters to reset to the previous selection every time refresh report was clicked.
- Accounting: Deposits- Resolved an issue causing the journal entry for a posted deposit to not show on the ledger. The journal entry on the affected site has been corrected so the deposit is properly reflected on the account balances and financials now.

- Accounting: Financials- Resolved an issue that could cause the Statement of Activities to display the incorrect amount if there were over 25,000 transactions for an account in the date range selected. Now a message will display if the range selected contains more than 25,000 transactions. If you receive this message, reduce the date range selected and try again.

- Accounting: Financials- Resolved an issue with some account balances showing incorrectly on the Detail Trial Balance and Trial Balance. There is a limit to the amount of transactions that can be included in the report. Previously when the limit was reached the report was displaying the balance without all the transactions for the selected date range. Now if the limit is reached within the date range selected, a message will be displayed instead of returning the incorrect balances. If you receive the message, reduce the date range selected and try again.

- Accounting: Financials- Resolved an issue causing dates to default to the calendar year instead of the fiscal year. Now if a site's fiscal year starts on a month other than January, the financial reports will default with the correct start date for the current fiscal year.

- Accounting: Financial Reports - Removed the Show/hide report details button and updated how the sub account information displays on the Statement of Functional Expense and Trial Balance. Sub accounts are listed below the parent account and are highlighted in the expanded view. When collapsed any account with sub accounts will have a plus icon to expand to see the sub accounts. The accounts can be collapsed/expanded at the account level or you can collapse/expand by report section. The highlighted rows and icons are removed when print report is selected.
- Accounting: Banking- Added a Payment Register. The Payment Register lists payments by date range, account, or payment type. The payment register includes profile, payment type, check number, amount, payment date, and void date if the payment is voided. This list can be sorted by any of the column headers. Filters are available by selecting the filter button in the top right corner.

- Accounting: Journal Entries- Resolved an issue that caused multiple journal entries to be created when expenses were posted. This was causing expenses to show duplicated on opportunities and in financial reports. The duplicate journal entries have been removed in the affected site.

- CRM: Profiles- Resolved an issue that prevented revenue from showing correctly after a profile was merged. Now revenue from the merged profiles will display on the new profile.
- Accounting: Revenue- Resolved an issue preventing edits to due date from saving on a receivable/invoice category revenue. Edits to due date, revenue date, and description are now also displayed corrected on statements.

- Accounting: Financials- Increased the width of the amount column on the printed version of Statement of Functional Expense to show larger totals.
- Accounting: Financials- Resolved an issue on the Statement of Activities causing the expand/collapse symbols to display on the printed report next to parent accounts. The expand/collapse symbols will display on the screen but not print on the report now.
- Accounting: Expense- Resolved an issue preventing a couple of profiles from showing in Accounting even though they were in CRM. The missing profiles have been populated in Accounting.
- Accounting: Banking- Resolved an issue preventing bank accounts from showing on the reconciliation screen.
- Accounting: Financials- Resolved an issue on the Trial Balance where the debit and credit column totals were showing 0.00. The column totals are now correctly displaying.

- Accounting: Financials- Updated the Detail Trial Balance to always export the expanded version when Export to CSV is selected. Previously, it would export the collapsed version even if the report was expanded. Exporting the expanded version will provide the most detail.
- Accounting: Financials- Resolved an issue on the Statement of Functional Expense causing scroll bars to display in the account name section for some account names.
- Accounting: Imports- Updated the Accounting Imports menu to include Import Accounts and Import Programs in the same menu as the other accounting imports.

- Fundraising: Updated the page sizes on Online Donations, Recurring Donations, and Opportunities pages to be 25, 50, 100, and 250, with a default of 25. The page size selected will be stored in the browser and will be saved when the user returns to that list, even across sites. For example, if a user sets the Online Donations list page to show 250 results per page, navigates to CRM, and then comes back to the Online Donations list, the page size will still be set to 250 characters. This will be true even if they log out and log back in unless they are using a different computer/browser.

- CRM: Added the ability for a system user to associate a profile list to a fundraising opportunity. Enhanced profile list page to now display an opportunity column. This will allow you to easily identify any opportunities associated with a profile list. Another enhancement is when creating a new profile list, you can now select an opportunity at the time of creation.
- Accounting: Financials- Resolved an error that caused the start date to default to the wrong year if the site's fiscal year doesn't start in January. Start date will now default to the correct date for the current fiscal year.

- Accounting: Banking- Payments- Resolved an issue causing the payments section to display the wrong number of records when it was set to display 10 records per page. Record count is now displaying correctly and the next page arrows will advance you to the next set of records.
