The Library can be used to store content such as answers to common questions on grant applications or other frequently shared resources. Content can be stored in a text, URL, or file format. Text content can also be enhanced using the AI Optimization tool.

Add Content
- Navigate to Grants and click Answer Library on the navigation bar.
- Click Add Content.
- Enter the applicable Add Content information, and then click Save. In-system asterisks indicate required fields.

- Content has different functionalities based on the type.
- Text - A free form text box that allows for a 25,000 character text response.
- URL - A field that accepts a link to a page's URL.
- File - A field that accepts any file that can be uploaded.

AI Optimization Tool
Optimize Content
The AI Optimization tool uses AI-driven insights to suggest improvements to text content in the library and to assist with summarizing content into a particular word or character count. Once the optimized text is generated, it can be used to update the existing content, or a new copy of the content can be saved.
- Navigate to existing content in the Library or add new content.
- Click Optimize.
- Complete the applicable Optimize fields, and then click Optimize.
- Question Being Asked - The grant application question or other question prompting this content.
- Length Target - The desired length for the content in either words or characters.
- The AI optimization tool uses this as a target for the optimized content length.
- Words or Characters - Indicate whether the length target is for the number of words or characters.
- Edit the Original Text Prompt using the suggestions from the Optimized Text, and then click Save As New or Replace Original Text.
- Clicking Save As New allows the optimized content to be added as new content in the library.
- Clicking Replace Original Text overwrites the original content in the library.
Disable AI Optimization
By default, the AI Optimization feature is enabled. It can be disabled from the Grant Management Settings page.
- Navigate to Grants.
- Click Grant Management on the navigation bar, and then click Settings.
- Click the toggle for Disable AI For Site.
Manage Content
Once content has been added to the Library, several actions can be performed.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the content.
- Click the paper icon to copy the content to the user's clipboard.

- Click the downward arrow and tray icon to download the file to the user's computer.

- Click the upward arrow and square icon to open the URL in a new browser tab.

- The content can be unarchived as needed.
