The Default Invoice template in your site can be customized with your organization's information and branding.
At a minimum, ensure your organization's information is inserted in the top section of the template before using it to send invoices.
Additional email templates can also be created with the Invoice template type. These can be selected for use when sending invoices or configured as the invoice template to use by default.
Customize the Default Invoice Template
The Default Invoice template can be kept in place and customized as desired.
- Navigate to Profiles and click Templates on the navigation bar.
- Click the pencil icon for the Default Invoice template.
- Insert your organization's information in the top section.
- Replace or remove the placeholder text, including the "/* */" indicators and "/****/" line.
- Replace or remove the placeholder text, including the "/* */" indicators and "/****/" line.
- Make the necessary edits to the template, and then click Save.
