Additional Feature and Functionality Considerations
The following GrantHub functionalities are not yet available in GrantHub Pro:
- Ability to notify additional people related to a task.
- Ability to look up funders using Candid.
- Additional funder resources including Links, Who Funded This Organization, and 990 Finder.
- Clickable links on funder websites and custom links.
- Rolling deadlines.
- Ability to delete profiles, opportunities, and tasks.
In some cases, a GrantHub field does not exist by default in GrantHub Pro but can be created as a profile or opportunity custom field. For example, custom fields can be created in GrantHub Pro to capture the following information:
- Funder notification date.
- A task can also be created to check in with the funder.
- Social media fields.
- Funder categories.
- Opportunity categories.
GrantHub Pro contains many additional features and functionalities beyond what is available in GrantHub. This includes the following:
- Ability to add multiple administrators to the site.
- Ability to provide various permissions according to roles.
- Ability to track revenue and expenses related to grant opportunities.
- Ability to send thank you acknowledgements to profiles.
- AI text optimization.
- Email communications through the site.
- Sent emails are recorded in Email History.
- Custom fields for profiles and grant opportunities.
- Ability to configure custom columns on the Grant Opportunities and Profiles pages.
- Ability to track contacts in addition to funder contacts.
- Ability to segregate profiles into profile lists or data segments for communication purposes.
- Ability to track organizations in addition to funder organizations.
- Ability to import data.
- Accounts receivable aging reports.
- Spend down reports with date filters.
- Ability to create installments for funder payments and email invoices.
- Ability to allocate expenses across multiple grants.
- Enhanced and custom reporting, including the ability to set alerts and automatically send reports.
