- Rich Text Details in Tasks and Notes: This feature will provide basic rich text functionality to details when adding tasks and notes. The options for this include bold, italic, underline, bulleted list, numbered list, and hyperlinks. One of the main values this provides is the ability to add links to external documents in notes or tasks. For example, if a user has content in Google Drive, they can add the link to this content in a note and attach the note to an opportunity which will provide the external documents in the context in which they are needed.

Delete Notes: This feature will allow users to delete notes and therefore keep their notes list clean from notes they no longer need.

User First and Last Names: This feature has been long requested. Users will now be required to add their first and last names to their profiles which will allow other users to see a user’s name when viewing or assigning tasks, reports, or anywhere else in the software that refers to a “User”. If a user has not added their first and last name, their username and/or email address will show instead.

User Invitation Workflow: This new invite flow provides several benefits to the user management experience. First, users will be able to see who has been invited to their site and not yet accepted. Second, they will be able to copy the invite link and send it to the invited person in case the invited user cant find the email in their inbox. Finally, users will be able to set the invited user's roles at the time of invite or update them anytime after this, even before the invitation has been accepted.

- Tasks and Notes Experience: This feature changes the experience of adding or editing tasks and notes to opportunities and profiles. Instead of a user being taken to the old add or edit task and notes page, the user will be taken to the updated task and notes page to provide a more consistent and updated experience.

- Increased the session timeout to 90 minutes with a 2 minute timeout warning. This is up from 20 minutes with a 30 second timeout warning.

- Resolved an issue preventing the Undeposited Funds account from being created in new sites. This was fixed and all sites that did not have this account now do.

- Added handling to allow links throughout GrantHub Pro to be opened in a new tab without returning the user to the sites list.

- Added permissions to GrantHub Pro Viewers, Writers, Limited Writers, and User Admins to be able to download task ICS files.
- Added a countdown timer of 30 seconds when a user's session is about to expire that allows the user to stay logged in if they click the button.
- Added a system timeout timer that will start a countdown timer after 20 minutes of inactivity. Activity is either clicking or scrolling.
- For the opportunity spend down report, start date and end date now must be entered in order to apply the dates to the report.

FDO Funder Search Integration: This feature allows GrantHub Pro Admins, Writers, and Limited Writers to be able to search for funders using an integration with Candid’s Foundation Directory Online (FDO). Users can see information regarding the funder and are able to add them to their list of Contacts.

Financials: Added an Opportunity Budget to Actuals Report allowing you to report budget versus actuals for an opportunity. The report defaults to the date range for the opportunity budget selected but the dates can be changed as needed. Actuals are posted revenue and expenses for that opportunity within the date range selected and should match the Spend Down report for the same date range. The ability to print and copy to clipboard are available.

- Financials: Revenue- Resolved an issue on a client's site preventing some remittance from appearing on the Accounts Receivable Aging report and the receivable attached to a remittance from displaying when viewing the receivable. The Accounts Receivable Aging report is now displaying the correct amounts and viewing a remittance displays the receivable information correctly.
- Dashboards- Resolved an issue causing a failed to execute request, received an error from connector. Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory error when loading dashboards on a client's sandbox site. The dashboards are now loading without error.

- Financials: Imports- Resolved an issue causing an error decoding proxy response when importing accounts.
- Notes & Tasks- Resolved an issue causing dates on Notes and Task to display as Invalid Date when using the Safari browser. Dates should be displaying correctly now.
- Financials: Expense- Resolved an issue that prevented a negative amount from being entered when editing an expense. A negative amount will no longer show as invalid amount.

Import- Added the ability to import an Opportunity Budget. Import includes Opportunity Budget Name, Opportunity, Start Date (optional), End Date (optional), Account number, Description (optional), and Amount. Account number and Opportunity must already exist before importing.

- Financials: Reporting- Resolved an issue that prevented parent services from showing correctly in reporting. All services are now displaying correctly.
- Financials: Opportunity Budget- Resolved an issue that prevented a description from being saved if there was not an amount associated with that line. Now you are able to add a description on a line even if that line does not have an amount.
- Financials: Opportunity Budgets- Updated permissions so a user with access only to grant opportunities could not add a budget for a fundraising opportunity.
- Grants: Opportunities- Resolved an issue that caused an Error retrieving revenue when any opportunity was viewed.
- Financials: Opportunity Budget- Resolved an issue causing a validation error when a budget name was 254 characters. The limit is 255 characters.

Grants- Opportunity Budgets: We have added the ability to Budget by Opportunity! In Fundraising you will now see Opportunity Budgets in the left nav. From here you can add, view, edit, print and delete budgets for a Fundraising or Grant opportunity. You can also access Opportunity Budgets from within an Opportunity by clicking More- Opportunity Budgets. You are able to budget revenue and expenses on an opportunity. For each account’s amount you can add a description. You have the ability to hide any accounts that do not have a budget.

- Contacts: Profiles- Resolved an issue causing revenue to not display on the revenue card after profiles were merged. The revenue would also have a blank profile name in accounting. All revenue are displaying the new merged profile names correctly now.
- Financials: Revenue- Resolved an issue causing an online donation to appear with a blank profile. This was caused by an issue with merged profiles. The issues have been resolved and the profile name is now correctly displaying on the donation.
- Grants: Opportunities- Updated the Profile card so you no longer have to click add twice when using Quick Add to add a new profile to an opportunity.

- Grants: Opportunities- Updated date filters to clear correctly when the X is clicked. Previously the filtered value would not clear if ok was not pressed on the calendar when selecting the date.
- Financials: Revenue- Resolved an issue that allowed invalid dates to be entered into an installment schedule which caused additional errors downstream.

- Grants: Opportunities- Updated to limit amounts to not allow more than 20 digits.
- Grants: Opportunities- Resolved an issue causing a validation error if Create was clicked but all required fields were not entered. Now create will not become clickable until all required fields, including due date, are entered.
- Financials: Expense- Resolved an issue causing an undefined error when a GrantHub Pro user clicked on the view journal entries icon for a posted expense. GrantHub Pro sites and roles do not have journal entries which was causing the error. The icon has been removed for GHP roles.
