The Spend Down Report for a grant opportunity displays the revenue and expenses related to that opportunity. To see relevant information in the Spend Down Report, your chart of accounts must be created, and you must have posted revenue and expenses tied to the grant opportunity.
The Statement of Activities report allows for additional filtering by service.
- Navigate to Reports and click Spend Down on the navigation bar.
- Select the opportunity from the drop-down menu.
- Enter a Start Date and End Date or select a Date Filter Preset, and then click Apply Dates.
From the Actions button, the report can be printed or copied to the user's clipboard.
The spend down report for a grant opportunity can also be accessed directly from the opportunity. To do so, click the More drop-down menu, and then click Spend Down Report.
