If a user has the board member role, they have access to view all follow up forms in the site. Users with the evaluator role do not have access to view all follow up forms in the site, and can only view follow ups that they have been assigned.

User Role: Board Members who need to view follow up forms across the site.
View Follow Up Forms to:
- Review forms submitted by applicants after a funding decision has been made.
- Monitor progress or compliance across all active requests with follow ups assigned.

View Follow Ups
To view follow up forms as a board member, search for requests with follow ups assigned on the Requests and Decisions page.
- Click Requests & Decisions on the upper navigation bar.
- Enter search criteria, such as the project name, or check the box for the Follow Up(s) Assigned status to view a list of all active requests with follow ups assigned.
- Click Search.
- Click the project name for a request with follow ups.
- Click the Follow Ups tab.
- Click the paper and pencil icon next to a follow up to view it.
