If an evaluator has the board member role, they have access to view all follow up forms in the site. Evaluators with the evaluator role do not have this access, and they may only view follow ups that they have been assigned.

If you have the board member role in the system, follow the steps below to view follow up forms.
- Click Requests & Decisions on the upper navigation bar.
- Enter search criteria, such as the project name, or check the box for the Follow Up(s) Assigned status to view a list of all active requests with follow ups assigned.
- Click Search.
- Click the project name for a request with follow ups.
- Click the Follow Ups tab.
- Click the paper and pencil icon next to a follow up to view it.
