Problem
You're trying to manually enter a request for an existing organization or contact, but the process you're trying to locate doesn't show up in the process selection dropdown.
Expected Behavior
The process should appear in the process selection dropdown for you to select, and then start a request within the process.
Solution
There are two key items to check in this scenario:
- The process must be toggled "On" on the Process Manager page.
- The application cannot contain third party questions.
