If you choose to use a hard deadline for process stages you have the ability to adjust this deadline for individual requests. The workflows explained below can be used to change the due dates for applicants that have started a request, but haven't yet submitted it.
Hard deadlines can be edited in batch from the Process Manager page, or individually from a request in a draft status.
Edit Hard Deadline from the Process Manager
Hard deadlines edited from the process manager can be done in batch.
- Click the Tools drop-down, then select Process Manager.
- Click the name of the process.
- Click the process stage.
- Click the pencil icon to the right of the Hard Deadline toggle.
- Check the box next to the request.
- To select all requests, check the box at the top.

- Pick a New Due Date and Time, then click Save.
- Once this has been completed, you can go back in and check the current due dates of all the requests.

Edit Hard Deadline from Draft Status
Hard deadlines edited from a request in draft status can be completed on individual requests.
- Click the draft bucket on the dashboard.
- Click the paper and pencil icon of the request for which you want to change the deadline.
- At the bottom of the page, click Edit Deadline.
- Pick a New Due Date and Time, then click Save.
