The first step in creating a Fund Advisor Portal is designating a profile as a Fund Advisor. After that process is complete, a unique Fund Advisor Portal becomes available. Fund Advisors access their Fund Advisor Portals using a web browser of their choice, and they establish usernames and passwords for login purposes. Once fund advisors have accessed the site, then system administrators can use the Login As feature to view the fund advisor portal.
Send Login Email
- Navigate to the Fund Advisor record of the profile for which you are creating the fund advisor portal.
- Click Send Login Email in the left-side menu.
- Customize the email Subject and Message if applicable, and then click Send Email.
- If the Send Login To Advisor email doesn't populate, ensure the fund advisor has the following:
- An email listed in their profile.
- A login listed in their fund advisor record.

The fund advisor will receive an email similar to what is shown below and has 30 days to use the link in the email to access the fund advisor portal before it expires. The link also expires when the fund advisor logs in and creates a password.
