When a bank account, investment account or credit card account is not showing as an option for paying vouchers there is a possibility that the account was set up as the Cash Receipt account in Stripe payment processor settings.
To show the option for paying vouchers follow this workflow.
- Navigate to the Payment Processors page, then click the ID next to Stripe.
- See what account is set as Cash Receipt.
- Cash Receipt accounts do not show when paying vouchers because the account represents money held from credit card donations that have not been transferred to another account.
- You can edit the account by clicking Edit in the left-side menu and using the drop down next to Cash Receipt Account to choose the right account.
