Please note that the content contained in this article is applicable to your staff evaluators and is meant to be shared with them.
- Click the link provided to you by the organization to reach the Logon page.
- If you've already set your password, enter your information and click Log On.
- If you've never logged on before, click Forgot Your Password. You'll receive an email with instructions to set your password.
- The site administrator has already created an account for you, so you'll only need to reset your password. Do not click Create New Account.
- If you've already set your password, enter your information and click Log On.
- After logging on, you'll land on your Dashboard. Click the Home icon to return to this page at any time.
- Your Dashboard displays the list of grant or scholarship requests that you're assigned to evaluate. Each assigned evaluation displays its status of pending, draft, complete, or closed.
- Closed evaluations will be visible on your dashboard until a site administrator starts to enter a decision on the request.

- Click a status in the status bar to just view those evaluations.
- Click the status again to view all of your assigned evaluations.
- View the score you've given each assigned request in the Score column.
- This data is only visible if scoring questions are used on the evaluation form.
- The score is calculated by dividing the total points scored by the total points possible.
- Click Shared Documents to view any documents shared by the site administrator with you and other evaluators for reference.
- When you're finished working in the site, click your Name in the upper-right corner of the screen, then click Sign Out.
