The content contained in this article is applicable to your staff evaluators or board members and is meant to be shared with them.
- After logging into the site, locate the evaluation you want to work on and click Start, Continue, or Update.
- This brings you to your assigned evaluation form for the grant or scholarship request. Several options are available on this page:
- Click any of the tabs (e.g. Documents) to read additional information about the request, applicant, and organization (if applicable), and any comments or documents the administrator has uploaded.
- Click Evaluation Packet to download a PDF of your evaluation form and responses.
- Click LOI Packet or Application Packet to download a PDF of the form you're evaluating.
- Click Document Viewer to view all documents the applicant has uploaded as part of their form responses.
- Click the eye icon to view an individual document uploaded by the applicant.
- Click any of the tabs (e.g. Documents) to read additional information about the request, applicant, and organization (if applicable), and any comments or documents the administrator has uploaded.
- In most sites, you'll see your evaluation form on one side of the screen and the form you're evaluating on the other. Click the arrow icon to flip the order of these forms.
- Some sites don't utilize this side-by-side view, in which case you can click the tab names to switch between your evaluation form and the form you're evaluating.

- Fill out the evaluation form questions.
- Required questions are indicated with an asterisk.
- Depending upon the site, you might see a Share icon next to each question. Clicking this icon allows you to see other evaluators' responses to the questions.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page when you're finished working on the evaluation.
- The system saves your work every 100 characters you type or as you click out of a question, but you can click Save at any time as well.
- The confirmation page lists any required questions you haven't yet answered and gives you the option to navigate back to the same evaluation, to your dashboard, or to the next incomplete evaluation in your list.
Even after you've completed all the required questions for an evaluation, you can edit your responses up until the site administrator closes evaluation questions for the request.
