Site Custom Content for Fund Advisors allows you to add custom text and messages to specific fields in this area. This article lists the available content fields, where they display within in the system, and how to edit the information associated with each field.
Default site custom content is the last bullet point on the relevant site custom content names that have default content. The merge fields are within the curly { } brackets. Text within the square [ ] brackets is plain text, not merge fields. You can delete entire merge fields, but you cannot add merge fields that are not included in the default. You can edit any plain text. Make sure you remove any square brackets when updating the content.
- Navigate to the Fund Advisors page and click Content in the left-side menu to access custom content for fund advisors.
Fund Advisors Content
Advisor_approval_email_body
- Content used in the email body sent when a grant request is submitted that requires the primary fund advisor's approval.
- Default site custom content: Grant request {{grant_request_id}} was submitted by {{owner_name}} for {{amount}} to {{grantee_name}}/{{description}}.
Advisor_login_email
- Email that is sent to fund advisors when Send Login Emails is clicked in Fund Advisors or Send Login Email is clicked in a fund advisor record.
- This content can be overwritten when sending from a fund advisor record.
- Default site custom content: Dear {name}, Use the link below to setup your {site_name} online account info. You will create a password; please put it somewhere you will remember. Contact me if you have any questions or problems. {login_link} Thanks {employee_name}
Advisor_profile_edit_header
- This content displays on the fund advisor portal in the fund advisor profile.
- Default site content: none
Advisor_request_confirm_email_body
This content currently exists in your Sandbox environment. It is not yet available in your Live site.
- Email that is sent to fund advisors confirming they have submitted grant requests online. If grant requests are submitted in batch, the fund advisor will only receive one email for the entire batch of requests.
- Default site content: Your request(s) were received. {{#foreach request}}{{amount}} to {{grantee_name}}/{{description}}{{/foreach request}}

Grant_request_header
- Content displays in the fund advisor portal at the top of the Grant Request page.
- Default site custom content: Use this form to request a new grant or contribution from your fund. Select a grantee from the drop-down menu or enter a new nonprofit. [founationname] will receive notification of your request and process your grant. We will notify you once the grant has been completed. Grants already processed from your fund are listed.
Grant_request_submit_footer
- Content displays in the fund advisor portal during the review stage of the grant request process.
