Task notification emails can be managed on the Configurations page for notes and tasks.
- Navigate to CRM.
- Click Tasks on the navigation bar, and then click Configuration.
- Check the Turn on task notification emails within this site? box.
This is required to enable any settings below.
- Check the box next to any other settings you would like to apply and enter date settings where needed.
- Each checkbox will enable a different kind of email notification for tasks.
- Due date and past due date reminders can be set for a certain number of days from the task's due date.
- Past due date reminders can be assigned an email frequency after the first past due notification is emailed out.
- Click Save.
