Opportunities are the individual pieces that build the foundation of your organization's fund development strategy. This functionality allows for a substantial amount of opportunity planning and management. There are two types of opportunities: Fundraising and Grantseeking.
Fundraising opportunities are planned by your nonprofit to help meet the needs of your fund development strategy. These opportunities can be added to your donation hub where donations toward these opportunities can be made. Within an opportunity, you can add notes and tasks, assign users and profiles, and view the associated revenue and expenses. You can also track an opportunity's status, due date, and target amount.
Some examples of Fundraising opportunities include the following:
- Events - such as a silent auction, a fundraising event, and galas.
- Volunteer Recruitment
- Annual Appeals
