Email history and bulk email performance can be viewed on the Correspondence page of CRM.
View Email History
Previously sent emails can be viewed in two different places within your site.
- Email History Page
- Communication History section within a profile
Email History Page
The Email History page is where all previously sent emails are located.
- Navigate to CRM.
- Click Correspondence on the navigation bar, and then click Email History.
- Click the eye icon to view the details of the email.
The Email Details page includes information about an email, including any attachments that were sent.
Communication History on a Profile
A profile's communication history displays any previously sent emails with the subject and the date the email was sent.
- Navigate to CRM.
- Click Profiles on the navigation bar, and then click All Profiles.
- Click the Name of the profile.
- The profile's Communication History card displays any previously sent emails.
View Bulk Email Performance
Bulk email performance information such as delivery rate, open rate, and click rate are displayed on the Email Performance page.
- Navigate to CRM.
- Click Correspondence on the navigation bar, and then click Email Performance.
- View email performance of specific emails by applying filters by subject or date.
