Manually sent donation acknowledgements can be sent to one or more profiles that have made a donation.
- Navigate to Accounting.
- Click Revenue on the navigation bar, and then click Revenue.
- Check the box next to the donation revenue entry.
- If there are multiple revenue entries selected, donation acknowledgements may be sent in bulk.
- If there are multiple revenue entries selected, donation acknowledgements may be sent in bulk.
- Click Send Acknowledgements.
- The example below displays "Send 1 Acknowledgment" indicating that one revenue entry has been selected. If multiple donation revenue entries are selected, the number of boxes selected will display within the Send Acknowledgements button.

- Enter the applicable Send Email information, and then click Send.
- Select a revenue template type from the drop-down menu to automatically fill out the body of the email.

Manually sent donation acknowledgements will appear on the Email History page. View Email History and Performance provides additional information for accessing and viewing previously sent emails.
