The Metrics Dashboard tab on an administrator's or auditor's Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) and Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM) dashboard displays native dashboards. These dashboards display high level visual reporting information without having to build a report and provide consistent data to external stakeholders. The dashboard can be customized by each administrator or auditor. The Metrics Dashboard includes submissions from the day administrators or auditors are accessing it.
There are ten native dashboards.
- Amount Awarded - Past 10 years
- Recipients - Top 10 for the past 12 months
- Upcoming Installments (Monthly) - Next 12 months
- Upcoming Installments (Yearly) - Next 5 years
- Upcoming Follow Ups - Next 6 months
- Overdue Follow Ups - Past 6 months
- Payments - Past 12 months
- Decisions - Past 12 months
- Applicant Submissions - Past 12 months
- Unique Applicants - Past 5 years
Amount Awarded
This dashboard displays the total amount awarded each year based on the decision date.
Historical amounts awarded within the last 10 years can be seen. This may also be helpful when looking at the historical giving of the organization by filtering the processes for a specific grant process or program.

Recipients
This dashboard shows the aggregate amount awarded based on the decision date for the last 10 years.
Top recipients by dollar amount awarded can be viewed to get a better understanding of those being most impacted. This dashboard can also help keep track of awards for any organization that has a cap on the total amount that can be awarded.

Upcoming Installments (Monthly)
This dashboard displays the total installment amount for each month based on the installment due date. It does not take into consideration if the installment is paid or canceled.
This may help plan and communicate upcoming commitments to recipients. The upcoming installments by month give a quick visual of the dollars to be paid. Click on a color in the chart to easily view the payment track in the system or export the data for an external partner.

Upcoming Installments (Yearly)
This dashboard displays the total installment amount for each year including YTD based on the installment due date. It does not take into consideration if the installment is paid or canceled.
Multi-year awards and what is already committed in installments in the upcoming years to help with budgeting and visibility are available.

Upcoming Follow Ups
This dashboard displays the total number of upcoming follow ups for each month based on the follow up due date.
This may help organizations plan and communicate to applicants about their upcoming due follow ups.

- Click on a bar to be taken to the follow ups draft workload page filtered for the month clicked.
Overdue Follow Ups
This dashboard displays a rolling six months of past due follow ups which are based on follow up date and the follow up status of Assigned or Draft.
A count of past-due follow up forms within your system is available. The ability to click on a color in the chart allows who or what is past due to be viewed so that action can be taken on the filtered Follow Ups Draft workload grid.

Decisions
This dashboard displays a rolling 12 months of Approval or Denial decisions by status, count, and percentage of count to total.
This may be helpful when communicating with external applicants about the percent of requests approved or to your board and committee to help understand the breakdown of requests.

Payments
This dashboard displays the total payment amount per month. This may be helpful in determining monthly budgets.

Applicant Submissions
This chart displays the trend of applicant facing decision forms such as Eligibility, Qualifications, LOIs, and Applications that are used in the site. The count by month is based on the form submission date.
This may be a helpful visual timeline of when all pre-decision applicant facing forms were submitted and the time of year in which submissions are busiest. It may also help to answer questions such as do applicants wait until the last minute? Additionally, this can help with understanding patterns and participating in potential forecasting.

Unique Applications
This dashboard displays a count of applicants who have at least one submitted request based on the initial submit date within that calendar year.
The unique number of applicants in a given year is available. This may be a helpful statistic for those whose applicants apply across multiple processes.
- Unique Applicants refers to unique organizations in GLM and unique student applicants in SLM.
- Hover over the bars in the bar chart to display an exact count for that year.
The Unique Applicants dashboard uses the request create date to determine unique applicants. This causes migrated data to be included in the dashboard, which can cause a discrepancy in the number of unique applicants each year.
