Configure automatic emails to send when specific events occur in Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) or Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM), such as when an applicant submits an application. After building email templates, add them to process stages to send the emails automatically.

When to Use Automatic Emails

- Applicants need reminders 14 days before a form due date or 1 day after a due date has passed.
- Evaluators need to know that a request is assigned and available on their dashboard.
- Administrators need to know when an applicant submits a form so the review process can begin.
- Award recipients need a notification when a follow up form, such as an award agreement, is assigned.
- Staff want timely communication throughout the grant or scholarship cycle without sending each email manually.
