The Organizations tab on a user's User Summary page allows you to connect applicants to multiple organizations in Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM). When an applicant is associated with multiple organizations, they can submit applications on behalf of any of those organizations and switch between them when applying.

Add Applicants to Multiple Organizations When:
- An individual serves on the boards or staff of multiple nonprofit organizations and needs to submit applications for each one.
- A consultant or grant writer works with several organizations and needs to manage applications for multiple clients from a single user account.
- An applicant initially registered with one organization but has since become affiliated with additional organizations that apply for funding through your site.
Add an Applicant to Multiple Organizations
To add an applicant to multiple organizations, search for the user and access their Organizations page.
- Click Search on the upper navigation bar, and then click Users.
- Enter the Search Criteria for the applicant you want to add to multiple organizations, and then click Search.
- Click the last name of the applicant.
- Click the Organizations page, or click View on the Organization section of the Summary page.
- Click Add.
- Enter the organization's name into the drop-down list, and click the name.
Remove an Organization from an Applicant's Account
To remove an organization from a user's account, access their Organizations tab and remove the organization.
- Click Search on the upper navigation bar, and then click Users.
- Enter the Search Criteria for the applicant you want to add to multiple organizations, and then click Search.
- Click the last name of the applicant.
- Click the Organizations tab, or click View on the Organization section of the Summary tab.
- Click the remove icon next to the organization you want to remove from the applicant's organizations list.
- The organization marked with the Default radio button cannot be removed. To change the default organization, click the Default radio button next to a different organization.
