Form due dates can be added to the LOI, Application, and Follow Up forms in a process to control when applicants can submit forms. Due dates can be set as specific dates with hard or soft deadlines, or set to "Not Using" for no deadline. Follow Up Auto Due Date provides guidance on additional due date options. Form due dates only affect the specific form they are assigned to and are not impacted by process start and end dates.
User Role: Administrator
Use Form Due Dates to:
- Set hard deadlines that prevent applicants from submitting forms after a specific date and time.
- Establish soft deadlines that notify applicants of the deadline but still allow late submissions.
- Control submission windows for different stages of the application process independently from the overall process dates.
- Edit individual applicant due dates when exceptions are needed without changing the deadline for all applicants.
- Manage follow up form submissions by setting automatic due dates based on approval or other triggers.
