When adding a form to a process, you will see the option to add a due date to the form for LOI, Application, and Follow Ups process stages. This due date option can be set to Not Using or a Specific Date. Follow Up Auto Due Date provides guidance on additional due date options.
Add a Form Due Date
- Click Tools in the navigation bar, click Process Manager, and then click on the Process Stage you want to update.
- This is available on the LOI, Application and Follow Ups stages.
- Click the Choose Type drop-down.
- Select the Not Using or Specific Date option.
- Not Using - There will be no set due date for the form.
- Specific Date - This makes the form available until a chosen date and time.
- Click into the Date field to update the due date and time.
- Click into the Date field to update the due date and time.
- Adjust the time zone by clicking the drop-down and selecting the time zone. The time zone will default to the time zone selected in site settings.
- The deadline can be set as a Hard Deadline or Soft Deadline. Click the toggle to set a hard deadline. This means no applicant will be able to submit after the deadline.
- Having a Soft Deadline, or not clicking the toggle, means that applicants will be notified of the deadline, but will still be able to submit a request after the deadline has passed.

Edit an Individual User's Form Due Dates
- To update an individual user's form due dates, click the pencil icon.
- Check the box(es) next to the student name(s) you want to update, enter the New Due Date, click the drop-down to select a time zone, and then click Save.
Form Due Dates only affect the specific form they are assigned to, and will not be affected by a Process Start and End Date.
