A form from one process can be copied into the same stage in a different process. For example, the application form from a Winter Grant Cycle process can be copied into the application stage for a Spring Grant Cycle process. When you copy an entire process, the forms in each stage are automatically copied from the original to the new process, but individual forms can be copied from one process to another as well.
After copying a form, any changes you make to the new version of the form are not reflected on the original, and vice versa.
- Navigate to the process stage where you'd like to add the new copy of an existing form.
- Click Change Form if a form already exists for that stage, or click Choose Form if it doesn't.
- For the follow ups stage, click Add Follow Up.
- For the follow ups stage, click Add Follow Up.
- Select the form name to copy it, and then click Copy Selected Form.
