Using One vs. Multiple Eligibility Quizzes
One eligibility quiz can be used in multiple processes. The eligibility quiz is attached to the processes, checking applicants' eligibility and directing them to the appropriate processes. Unique rules can be created for each process. When the same quiz is used in front of multiple processes, applicants only need to fill out one quiz to check their eligibility to apply for those processes.
Having multiple processes behind the same eligibility quiz versus processes behind their unique eligibility quiz could look something like the following:
- Eligibility Form 1
- Process A
- Process B
- Eligibility Form 2
- Process C
- Process D
- Process E
- Eligibility Form 3
- Process F
In the Eligibility Center, the Eligibility Forms tab displays each eligibility quiz and the active and inactive processes to which the quiz is attached. Use the search bar at the top of the tab to narrow the search criteria to view specific eligibility forms and the processes to which they are attached.
