Committees in Universal Application are groups of evaluators who review and score scholarship applications for specific opportunities. Each committee is assigned at the evaluation stage of a universe to determine which evaluators can access and evaluate requests for each opportunity.
User Role: Administrator
When to Use Committees:
- Assign specialized evaluators to review applications based on their expertise (such as teachers for education scholarships or healthcare professionals for nursing scholarships).
- Separate evaluation responsibilities across different scholarship programs within the same universe.
- Manage large applicant pools by distributing evaluation workload across multiple committee members.
- Enable batch communication with all evaluators assigned to specific scholarship opportunities.
