If you belong to multiple organizations, you can use the same Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) account to log in and apply for grants. The GLM site administrator will need to add you as an applicant underneath each organization with which you want to be associated.
User Role: Applicants who represent or work with multiple nonprofit organizations.
When to Use Multiple Organizations:
- Switching between different organizations to view their specific applications and grants.
- Starting a new application on behalf of a different organization.
- Checking the status of applications submitted under different organizations.
- Managing grant applications for multiple nonprofits for consultants, shared staff, fiscal sponsors etc.
- To change the organization on the Applicant Dashboard, click the two arrows icon next to the organization name.
- Click the other organization's name that you want to view on your Applicant Dashboard.
- Now you can apply to a process using the other organization.
- Now you can apply to a process using the other organization.
Alternatively, click the menu icon to the right of your screen.
- Click the other organization's name.
