Below is the video tutorial on completing an evaluation.
Completing Evaluations
To work on an evaluation, click the Review icon and text next to it in the list to reach the evaluation form.
- Next you will see the evaluation form that you are tasked with completing.
- Note: Depending on how the site administrator has set up the evaluations, you will either see Your Evaluation on the left side of the page with the application and/or LOI on the right side; or you will see tabs at the top of the page where you can toggle between the evaluation form and the application and/or LOI.
- If the applicant uploaded any documents within the application, click Document Viewer to view the documents.
- The Documents and Comments tab contain any items added by an administrator related to this request.
- The evaluation form for you to complete is on the left side of the screen or is identifiable by the Evaluation tab. The format in which your evaluation appears is dependent on how your site administrator set up the evaluations.
- Required questions are indicated by an asterisk.
- If you prefer to view evaluation forms on the right side of the screen, click on the Double Arrow icon between the forms to switch your preference. The setting you choose is saved automatically and applies to future evaluations for the process.
- This option is only applicable if your site administrator set up the evaluations to appear next to the application and/or LOI instead of on separate tabs.
- You may drag the vertical divider (dotted line) to make either the application or evaluation form larger as you read and work.

- The system autosaves your work every 100 characters you type, or when you click into the next question.
- You may generate a PDF copy of the evaluation form and your responses by clicking Evaluation Packet.
- You may also click Save at any time; doing this will bring you to a Confirmation page.
- You may click Return to Dashboard to go back to your list of evaluations.
- You may click Next Pending Evaluation to work on the next incomplete evaluation in your list.
- You may edit your responses on each evaluation until an administrator closes evaluations for the requests.
- If you are assigned to evaluate multiple scholarship applications for the same applicant, your responses to any common evaluation questions will be shared across your evaluations for that applicant.
- Common evaluation questions are indicated by the icon below.
- If some or all of the evaluation questions are common, the status of your other evaluations for that applicant will update accordingly after you’ve filled out those questions on one evaluation (i.e. complete if all questions are common, or draft if only some questions are common).
- Common evaluation questions are indicated by the icon below.
