The content contained in this article is applicable to your evaluators or board members and is meant to be shared with them.
- After logging into the site, navigate to the evaluation.
- Depending upon the foundation's site settings, your evaluations will be grouped either by opportunity or student.
- The option to change this grouping may or may not be available, depending upon the site settings.
- If available, check the box for Group by Student to group evaluations by student rather than by opportunity.
- When this box is checked, the scoring column is not visible. To see the scoring column, uncheck the Group by Student box.

- The Group by Student feature is a view-only feature and it does not impact how the actual scores are calculated.

- In most sites, you will see your evaluation form on one side of the screen and the application form on the other. Click the arrow icon to flip the order of these forms.

- The assigned evaluation form for the scholarship request has several options available on this page.
- Click any of the tabs (e.g. Documents) to read additional information about the request and applicant and any comments or documents the administrator has uploaded.
- Click Application Packet to download a .pdf of the application.
- Click Document Viewer to view all documents the applicant has uploaded as part of their form responses.
- Click the eye icon to view an individual document uploaded by the applicant.
- Click Evaluation Packet to download a .pdf of your evaluation form and responses.
- Click any of the tabs (e.g. Documents) to read additional information about the request and applicant and any comments or documents the administrator has uploaded.
- Fill out the evaluation form questions, and then click Save.
- Required questions are indicated with an asterisk.
- The system saves your work every 100 characters as you type or as you click out of a question; however, you can click Save at any time.
- If you are assigned to evaluate multiple applications for the same applicant, your responses to any evaluation questions that are common to some or all opportunities are shared across your evaluations for the applicant.
- A circular icon indicates a common evaluation question. Your response to this question for an individual applicant will be the same across all of that individuals’ requests that are assigned to you.
- The confirmation page lists any required questions you have not yet answered and gives you the option to navigate back to the same evaluation, to your dashboard, or to the next incomplete evaluation in your list.
Even after you have completed all the required questions for an evaluation, you can edit your responses up until the site administrator closes evaluation questions for the request.
