User Role: Collaborator
Collaborators work on requests when:
- An applicant invites you to provide input on a specific section of an application (such as a program director adding budget details or a board member providing organizational information).
- Multiple team members from an organization need to contribute to different parts of a grant or scholarship application.
- External partners or consultants need view-only access to review application content without editing capabilities.
- A fiscal sponsor or partner organization needs to complete specific questions on behalf of the primary applicant.
- Reviewers need to verify application accuracy before the primary applicant submits the final request.
