Close and Open Scholarship Awards

Scholarship awards that have been paid to the recipient can be individually closed.

1. Navigate to the Scholarships page.
2. Click the Paid bucket.
   
   
3. Click the ID of the scholarship award.
   
   
4. Click Close in the left-side menu.

Paid scholarship awards can be closed using bulk actions.

1. Navigate to the Scholarships page.
2. Click the Paid bucket.
   
   
3. Click Close in the left-side menu.
4. Check the box for each scholarship award to be closed, and then click Close Scholarship Awards.
   
   
5. Click [Yes] to close the awards.
   
   

Scholarship awards that have been closed can be opened again.

1. Navigate to the Scholarships page.
2. Click the Closed bucket.
   
   
3. Click the ID of the scholarship award.
   
   
4. Click Open in the left-side menu.

Closed scholarship awards can be opened using bulk actions.

1. Navigate to the Scholarships page.
2. Click the Closed bucket.
   
   
3. Click Open in the left-side menu.
4. Check the box for each scholarship award to be opened, and then click Open Scholarship Awards.
   
   
5. Click [Yes] to open the awards.
