The Applicant Organization Invite feature allows applicants to invite other users to join their organization if they have access to view organization history.
In Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM), the Applicant Organization Invite setting needs to be configured to True. The Organization Viewable By Applicant setting needs to be set to User-By-User or All. User-By-User means the administrator for that site will set which applicants are able to view the organization history. If the setting is set to All, it means that any applicant on the contacts list can view the organization history and no additional setup is needed.
User-By-User Administrator Workflow
- Navigate to the Organization Summary Page for the organization.
- Click the Contacts tab.
- Check the box next to the applicant to enable them to view the organization history.
Once an administrator has given the applicant the ability to view their organization's history the applicant can follow the applicant workflow to invite users to their organization.
Applicant Workflow
- Navigate to the Applicant Dashboard.
- Click Organization History or the organization name.
- Click the Contacts tab.
- Click Invite User.
- Enter an Email Address and Message, and then click Invite.
- Click the mail icon to resend the invitation or click the trash can icon to revoke the invitation.
