A process can be archived and restored in Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) and Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM). Archiving a process does not impact the workflow of any user, nor does it impact any automatic actions related to the process. The following actions and more can still be taken:
- Administrators can move requests through workload stages.
- Administrators can assign evaluators.
- Administrators can enter decisions on requests and assign follow up forms.
- Evaluators can complete evaluation forms.
- Applicants can access requests, including follow up forms.
- Automatic emails will be sent.
Archive a Process
To archive a process, the process must be toggled to not available. All data in an archived process is still available through reporting, search requests, etc.
- Click Tools in the navigation bar, and then select Process Manager.
- Check the box next to each process you want to archive.
- Click Batch Actions, and then click Archive.
Restore a Process
Restore a process to the available section.
- Click Tools in the navigation bar, and then select Process Manager.
- Click the Archived drop-down to expand it.
- Check the box(es) next to the process(es) you wish to restore.
- Click Restore Selected to return them to the Available processes section.
