Reminder emails can be configured to send automatically once templates have been built for them. From these automatic reminder emails, two can have the timing configured for each qualification, LOI, application, or follow up form that has not been submitted.
- A reminder to the assignee before the form's due date.
- By default, this automatic email is sent 14 days before the due date.
- A reminder to the assignee after the form's due date.
- By default, this automatic email is sent one day after the due date.
There is an option to change the number of days before and after the due date for these notification emails to be sent. This is a site-wide setting, so this will be in effect for all forms in all processes where these automatic emails are configured.
The time at which form notification emails are sent cannot be chosen. Automatic reminder emails begin to send at 2:00 AM on the selected date and continue until the email queue is complete.
