Create Custom Columns contains instructions on how to use the Custom Columns feature included with the Standard license. With the Advanced license or as a selected feature within the Standard +2 license, users can create unique custom columns specific to their account. Contact Support to enable this setting in your site.
Users with the following roles have the ability to create their own custom columns:
- Grants Manager
- Board Member
- Staff Evaluator
Unlike with Standard license custom columns, the columns you select as an administrator will not affect the view for other users. Because of this, some administrators choose to set up the custom columns for their staff evaluators and/or board members by proxying as each of those users.
