The Alphabetize Opportunities feature arranges opportunities in a universe into alphabetical order. This ordering affects how opportunities appear to administrators throughout the system and to applicants when they submit their request. The Export Opportunities feature generates a .csv file containing key opportunity details.
User Role: Administrator
How to Use Alphabetize and Export Opportunities

- Maintain consistent opportunity ordering when new scholarships are added to a universe.
- Navigate to the Applicant Opportunities tab of the universe.
-
Click Alphabetize Opportunities.
The page will refresh, and the list of opportunities will adjust into alphabetical order.
- This order will be reflected for all administrators whenever a list of opportunities appears.
- This order will also be reflected for applicants when they submit their request.
Additional Information
If additional opportunities are added, click Alphabetize Opportunities again to adjust the order accordingly.
Opportunities can also be exported by clicking the export button at the bottom of the list of opportunities when updating a universe.
- The exported .csv will include Opportunity Name, Active Status, Applicant/Evaluator Descriptions, and the number of eligible requests for each opportunity.
- If a scholarship is set in SLM for an integrated site between SLM and CommunitySuite, the exported .csv will also include the CSuite Scholarship.
