Placing a grant on-hold is useful if you want to keep a grant from being posted.
Grants in the Unfunded and New buckets can be designated as on-hold, which removes the option to post them. Grants remain on-hold until that status is removed.
Designate a Grant as On-Hold
To designate a grant as on-hold:
- Navigate to the Grants page.
- Click the Grant bucket that contains the grant that will be designated as on-hold.
- Click the grant ID.
- Locate the row of buttons at the top of the record, and then click On-Hold.
The grant request displays an On-Hold banner.
The Grant bucket list displays a red OnHold tag next to the grantee.
Remove On-Hold Status From a Grant
To remove the on-hold status from a grant:
- Navigate to the Grants page.
- Click the Grant bucket that contains the on-hold grant.
- Click the grant ID.
- Locate the row of buttons at the top of the record, and then click Clear On-Hold.
