Applicant Tutorial - Eligibility Quiz

The eligibility quiz allows you to determine which grant or scholarship opportunities you qualify for in Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) or Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM). The eligibility quiz evaluates your responses against opportunity requirements and displays only the opportunities for which you are eligible.

Who: Applicants seeking to identify eligible grant or scholarship opportunities. 

When to Use the Eligibility Quiz:

• Determine which opportunities you qualify for before starting an application.
• See all available opportunities that match your specific criteria, such as field of study, geographic location, or organizational status.
• Complete a preliminary questionnaire before accessing opportunity-specific application forms.

Complete the Eligibility Quiz

To complete the eligibility quiz in GLM or SLM, access the Apply page and submit your responses to the quiz form.

1. After creating your account or logging in, click Apply. 
2. Click Check Eligibility.
   
    
3. Complete the questions on the form. Required questions are marked with an asterisk.
   • Click Question List to download a copy of the questions.
      
   • Click Eligibility Packet to download a copy of your completed quiz form.
      
4. Click Save Eligibility at any time if you need to finish the form later. The system auto saves your work every 100 characters you type or when you click out of a question. 
5. When you are finished filling out the form, click Submit Eligibility.
    
6. Click Continue to return to the Apply page.
    
   • If you are found eligible for any opportunities, the eligibility quiz card will be marked eligible.
      
   • A card for each eligible opportunity will now be available on the Apply page. Click Apply to start your request for an opportunity.
