When applying for opportunities with the same funder, you can copy responses from a previous request to save time. This feature allows you to reuse answers to matching questions across multiple applications within the same Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) or Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM) site.
User Role: Applicants who have previously submitted requests to the same funder and are applying for additional opportunities.
When to Copy Responses from a Previous Request:
- You are applying for a new opportunity with a funder where you have already submitted a request.
- Questions on the new application form match questions you have answered before.
- You want to save time by not re-entering identical information like contact details, organizational background, project descriptions.
- You need to update only specific sections while keeping other responses the same.
