When fund advisors create grant requests from the Fund Management tab of the Portal, the grants appear in the Request grant bucket. Use the Create All Request functionality to efficiently process grants.
Grant requests that require additional approval will not process using this functionality. Grant requests that need a grantee profile created will remain in the Request bucket.
- Navigate to the Grants page and click the Request bucket.
- Click Create All Request in the left-side menu.
- Additional grant processing guidance is available in Create and Process an External Grant.
Eligible grants are created and can be found in the New grant bucket where they can be approved and paid.
Change Grantee on a Grant Request
The grantee on a grant request can be changed before the grant request is processed.
- Navigate to the Grants page.
- Click the Request bucket.
- Click the ID of the grant request.
- Click Change Grantee in the left-side menu.
- Enter a new grantee.
Change a Grant Request to an Internal Grant
A grant request from the Fund Management Tab of the Portal can be converted to an internal grant, and a fund can be selected to receive the grant. Internal grants send money from one fund to another fund.
- Navigate to the Grants page.
- Click the Request bucket.
- Click the ID of the grant request.
- Click Change to Internal Grant in the left-side menu.
- Enter a Destination Fund, and then click Change to Internal.
The Grantee field listed on the grant request will change to a Destination Fund field with the fund that was selected during the conversion process. Once converted, click Create Grant in the left-side menu to process the grant request and create the internal grant. Unsubmitted Fund Advisor Grant Requests
Grant requests that have been created by fund advisors but have not yet been submitted can be viewed on the Fund Advisor page.
- Navigate to the Fund Advisors page and click List Carts in the left-side menu.
Unsubmitted grant requests, which include the creation date, advisor name, fund/org, amount, grantee, and description, are listed.
