If an incorrect Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM)/Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM) process is selected when syncing a grant or scholarship from CommunitySuite, the grant or scholarship must be unlinked in CommunitySuite and deleted in GLM/SLM before it can be synced again from CommunitySuite.
Reach out to Support if you have any questions before taking this action, as there is not a simple undo option for unlinking a grant or scholarship.
- Navigate to the grant or scholarship record in CommunitySuite.
- Click the GLM Request ID or SLM Request ID.
- Click Unlink in the left-side menu.
- In GLM/SLM, navigate to the Request Summary for the grant or scholarship.
- Click Delete Request.
- Enter "DELETE REQUEST" in the text box, then click OK.
- On the grant or scholarship record in CommunitySuite, click Edit GLM Options or Edit SLM Options in the left-side menu.
- Select the correct process in the GLM Process Name or SLM Process Name field, then click Save.
- Click Send to GLM or Send to SLM in the left-side menu.
