The Project Manager is an organizational staff person who will coordinate with the Foundant Delivery Team over the course of implementation. The Project Manager is responsible for the management of project tasks, schedules, and resources.

Ongoing Tasks
- Communicate with Foundant's Delivery Team as needed, especially for scheduling calls and any concerns with timelines.
- Communicate with the organization staff and leadership as needed about key decisions or information gathered from your implementation.
- Lead the implementation team in task completion, adhering to deadlines and agreed-upon timelines.
Tasks for CS Data Clients
- Facilitate data extraction or access to data for migration.
- Facilitate data validation within the prescribed timelines.
- Schedule discovery calls.
- Provide access to Foundant's learning tools to the organization team.
- Maintain a pulse on internal needs, questions, and concerns, and escalate them as needed.
Tasks for FIMS Clients
- Facilitate data extraction or access to data for migration.
- Facilitate data validation within the prescribed timelines.
- Provide access to Foundant's learning tools to the organization team.
- Maintain a pulse on internal needs, questions, and concerns, and escalate them as needed.
Tasks for Beginning Balance Clients
- Provide data templates within prescribed timelines.
- Provide access to Foundant's learning tools to the organization team.
- Maintain a pulse on internal needs, questions, and concerns, and escalate them as needed.
- Facilitate Fund Balance upload within prescribed timelines.
Tasks Prior to Training Calls with Foundant
- Review the learning objectives and expected attendees for the next call. Ensure appropriate team members are scheduled to attend the call.
- Ensure screen sharing responsibilities are understood by relevant team members.
- Designate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document critical information or decisions.
- Ensure all appropriate team members have completed Foundant Courses prior to the relevant call.
- Review configuration action items and update their status.
- Ensure questions are documented in the Question and Issue Tracker.
Tasks for Go Live (FIMS and CS Data Only)
- Communicate the Go Live plan to the Foundant team.
- Ensure internal projects are on target, completed, or will not interfere with Go Live.
- Facilitate final data extraction or access for final extraction.
- Confirm with the Foundant team when data is available.
- Ensure the organization team completes final validation.
- Ensure the organization team communicates any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide approval for data to be loaded to Live site.
- Provide Live site credentials to the organization team when the site is ready.
Tasks for Post Go Live
- Ensure your team is utilizing CommunitySuite as your system of record.
- Ensure any remaining internal projects and priorities related to the implementation are completed.
- Verify team members are adding questions and topics to cover in the check-in calls to the Question and Issue tracker.
