To begin migrating files, Foundant will send an invitation to use a secure filing system to manage the files relevant to the migration.
Access the Secure Messaging Service for the First Time
- Click Create a Password to start the process of creating an account.
- Enter the required password information and click Confirm.
- Enter the required email information and click Next.
- Enter the correct password and click Log In.
- "Forgot your password?" will begin the process of resetting a forgotten password. Password resetting is not instantaneous, the reset email may take some time to arrive in the inbox.

- Once the email system is accessed, an email containing a link and password to a Files.com account will be available for access.

- Enter the Files.com password provided within the secure email in step 5, and then click Continue.
- Save the share link password in a safe place for all future access.

- Bookmark the shared files page, as this page will need to be accessed several times throughout the migration process as migration files are generated.
Access the Secure Messaging Service With an Existing Account
- Click Secure Messaging service to log in and view the secure file system invitation email.
- Enter the required email information and click Next.
- If the required email information is not being accepted by the Log In page, return to secure message email displayed in step one and click Reset your password to reset the password and set up the email that is being used to log in.
