Access and interaction with Affiliate/Supporting Orgs can be controlled by broad permissions and permissions specific to the page.
- Navigate to the Affiliate/Supporting Orgs page and click Permission in the left-side menu.
- Click [Show Advanced].
- Make applicable changes, and then click Save.
Permissions List
| Detailed Area | Description |
| Add File | Permits the user to add a file to the individual affiliate/supporting org page. |
| Content | Permits the user to modify content of the affiliate/supporting org including donation headers, donation payment footers, donation thank you's, ticket headers, ticket thank you's. This only displays in conjunction with Display permission and will not show independently. |
| Create | Permits the user to create a affiliate/supporting organization and attach files to the supporting org. The ability to create also requires specific access in profiles. Otherwise, this is greyed out. |
| Delete | Permits the user to delete a specific affiliate/supporting org. |
| Display | Permits the user to drill into a specific affiliate/supporting org. |
| Edit | Permits the user to edit an affiliate/supporting org, add fund, and enable the Giving Hub for a specific affiliate/supporting org. This only displays in conjunction with the Display permission and will not show independently. |
| List | Permits the user to view the affiliate/supporting orgs page. |
