Access and interaction with Alumni can be controlled by broad permissions and permissions specific to the page.
- Navigate to the Alumni page and click Permission in the left-side menu.
- Click [Show Advanced].
- Make applicable changes, and then click Save.
Permissions List
Detailed Area | Descriptions |
Add File | Permits the user to add a file. |
Content | Content permissions will be available in the future. |
Create | Permits the user to add the alumni designation to any profile from the profile record. It also allows the user to add transfers to the alumni record. |
Delete | Permits the user to delete an alumni designation. This action removes the designation but not the profile. |
Display | Permits the user to view a specific alumni designation record. |
Edit | Permits the user to edit a specific alumni designation record and add any degrees, programs, and activities. Edit access for profiles is associated with profile permissions. |
List | Permits the user to view the Alumni page. |
Log | Permits the user to access logs for a specific alumni designation record. |
Settings | Settings permissions will be available in the future. |
