API Connections and Marketplace are available as optional add-on features in CommunitySuite, giving users the flexibility to enhance their workflow with external integrations when needed.
API Connections and Marketplace Add-Ons
API
The API connections add-on feature includes access to all supported API objects through the API documentation, endpoints, and data types across the entire integration ecosystem. Users can review each supported object type to determine full read/write capabilities within each connected service. Users can also connect to CRM systems, project management tools, marketing platforms, analytics services, communication tools, and more.
The API Documentation menu will become available once purchased. Within the API documentation menu, users will find the Introduction, Authentication, Responses, Required Fields, Request Parameters, Webhooks, and Objects available. Users will need to authorize a user to begin using this feature.
Marketplace
Once Marketplace connections have been purchased. Users will have access to configure the connections to decide which information will be mapped between systems.
- Salesforce Integration - Connect profiles from your Salesforce instance directly with CommunitySuite profiles through the marketplace integration.
