Pledges/Promises Settings control how pledges and promises function in CommunitySuite.
To access Pledges/Promises Settings:
- Navigate to the Pledges/Promises page and click Settings in the left-side menu.
Pledges/Promises Settings Fields
Pledge/Promise Form Type - Allows users to select whether a Promise or Pledge is created from submissions from the online pledge/promise form on the Giving Hub or Portal. This setting will default to creating promise records. Changing this setting will not affect existing records.
