Below are descriptions of the fields in Bank Reconcile Settings.
- Navigate to the Bank Reconcile page and click Settings in the left-side menu.
Depending on your system configuration, certain settings may not appear. If a setting is missing that you think you should have, contact Support. If you are in the implementation stages, contact your Foundant team member.

Enable Bank Reconcile Approval - If checked, an Approved By column will display in the Bank Reconcile list of accounts that will show the user that approved the reconciliation.
- The approver must be a different user than the user who reconciled the account.
