Access and interaction with Campaigns can be controlled by broad permissions and permissions specific to the page.
- Navigate to the Campaigns page and click Permission in the left-side menu.
- Click [Show Advanced].
- Make applicable changes, and then click Save.
Permissions List
Campaigns are also called Events in the system.
| Detailed Area | Description |
| Add File | Permits the user to add a file. |
| Content | Permits the user to edit custom content. |
| Create | Permits the user to create campaigns. Within a specific campaign, the user may add tickets, add categories, add requests, add auction, etc. |
| Create Category | Permits the user to create campaign categories and add campaigns. |
| Dashboard | Permits the user to access the campaigns dashboard. |
| Delete | Permits the user to delete a specific campaign. This only displays in conjunction with the display permission. |
| Display | Permits the user to drill into specific campaigns and view the guest list, export emails, export RSVP Emails, mailing labels, mailing label CSV, export CSV, donation, invoices for specific campaigns. Required in order to access the event ticket receipt template field list. |
| Edit | Permits the user to edit specific campaigns in addition to exclude labels. |
| Edit Category | Permits the user to edit campaign categories. |
| List | Permits the user to access the campaign page. It also permits the user to view archived campaigns and search campaigns. |
| Settings | Permits the user to enable settings specific to this area. |
