Access and interaction with Users can be controlled by broad permissions and permissions specific to the page.
- Navigate to the Users page and click Permission in the left-side menu.
- Click [Show Advanced].
- Make applicable changes, and then click Save.
Permissions List
Users are also called employees in the system.
Detailed Area | Description |
Add File | Permits the user to add a file. |
Content | Permits the user to edit custom content. |
Create | Permits the user to create other users and attach files. |
Delete | Permits the user to delete a specific user. |
Display | Permits the user access to drill into specific users records. Permits the user to print specific user screen. |
Edit | Permits the user to edit name, login, email, and assigned user groups. Permits the user to make a specific user inactive. |
List | Permits the user access to the users page and user login log. Permits user to print list. |
Log | Permits the user to access the log for a specific user. |
Login As | Permits the user to login as a specific user. |
Assign Admin Group | Permits the user to add or remove users from the admin group. Permits the user to edit the admin group. |
Set Password | Permits the user to access the password reset screen and reset passwords. |
Settings | Permits the user to enable settings specific to this area. |
