Data/Privacy: Our instance of AI utilizes Chat GPT 3.5 with data that is private, controlled, and secured. Your data will NOT be used to train AI models.
AI powered summaries can be used to efficiently condense content from applicant forms including LOIs, applications, and follow ups. The AI summary will only pull responses from text area and text box questions including tables. Site administrators can generate, regenerate, copy, and delete generated AI summaries. If an AI summary has been generated, it will be visible to all administrators, grant managers, auditors, board members, and evaluators who have access to that request. Administrators have to set the Submission Summary setting in Foundation Settings to True to generate AI summaries.
- Navigate to a submitted LOI, application, or follow up form to generate an AI Summary.
- Click Generate.
- Copy the summary by clicking the copy icon.
- Regenerate the summary by clicking the regenerate icon.
- Delete the summary by clicking the trash can icon.
- Copy the summary by clicking the copy icon.
