Data/Privacy: Our instance of AI utilizes AWS Bedrock with data that is private, controlled, and secured. Your data will NOT be used to train AI models. Please review the AI summaries for accuracy.
AI Summary generates condensed overview of applicant responses from LOI, application, and follow up forms. The AI summary analyzes text are and text box questions including tables to create a brief overview of the submission content.
User Role: Administrators can generate, regenerate, copy, or delete generated AI summaries.
Use AI Summary to:
- Quickly review key points from lengthy application submissions before conducting detailed evaluations.
- Share concise overviews of applicant responses with evaluation committees or board members.
- Reduce time spent reading through multiple text-heavy applications during initial screening rounds.
Prerequisite: Administrators must set the Submission Summary setting in Foundation Settings to True to generate AI summaries.
Generate an AI Summary
To generate an AI summary, navigate to a submitted form and click Generate to create a condensed overview of the applicant's responses.
- Navigate to a submitted LOI, application, or follow up form to generate an AI Summary.
- Click Generate.
- Copy the summary by clicking the copy icon.
- Regenerate the summary by clicking the regenerate icon.
- Delete the summary by clicking the trash can icon.
- Copy the summary by clicking the copy icon.
